LOWER DOWN THE FARE!!!
I'll list out 3 wishes (For public)
1. To convert current C651 motor to Siemens SIBAS 32 (GTO-VVVF) and 190 kW Siemens (1TB2010-0GC02) motor
2. Remove ATO and ATP and replace by Manual
3. Change max speed limit from 80km/h to 100 km/h

2. Stay for as long as I like
3. Enter the drivers cab anytime I want
Your third wish... Can stay only as a wish afterall
Unless you suggest the cab partitions to be modified to glass ones for the public to view the cab and the front.
For the first wish, the components are Siemens SIBAS 32 (GTO-VVVF) and a 190 kW Siemens (1TB2010-0GC02) motor. The voltage controllers than the C651/series 200 uses now is also of the same variant but controls the voltage differently so there is no 'music' sound.
If for a 4M2T configuration to have 190 kW motors... Easy acceleration to 130 km/h will almost be no kick (depending on gear-ratio/equipment).

My one wish... It will be difficult. Why can't Ms Fairy give three wishes? There will be only one but I shall list out three.
- To convert all train (voltage) controllers to IGBT-VVVF, upgrade motors to Siemens 190 kW.
- Platforms to become 8-car long.
- Trains to become 4M4T (8-car).
The rest will come naturally.
For me, i think either all T or all M...more pratical.
Send me all their announcements avaliable.
Let Me Go For a Job Attachment with their TO and Approve my FOS application. Let me record Train Recordings With Peace.
Taking picture without staff stopping it!
DO NOT SCRAP the BPLRT. Upgrade to Innovias instead.

Who says they're going to scrap it?

All T... I suppose this would be a linear (or gravitational?) concept? There must be at least a motor car on a train.
All M, I also thought of this once. Not until I saw materials about All M trains, other than the Shinkansen/high performance trains.
Local (slow to moderate speed) trains tend to carry lots of passengers. With a All M configuration on a heavily loaded train (200 percent load factor), the power draw would be huge. So much so that voltage drops and performance of the train/other trains will be compromised.
Hence All M configurations have largely been avoided. However for companies with large infrastructure, good substations and power lines/supply, this poses little/no problem.
my wish ar...quite simple actually. i wish for SMRT, or even the government, to recognise the transport fans/enthusiasts officially...
I am more interested in collecting models. A C151 would be unique. :P
Next thing that comes to my mind, its the old announcements. Yay.

No one. Better to be safe than sorry. =D
i change my wish!i change my wish!i just wanna be able to be a FOSMRT before the depot tour so that i can participate!

These are the kind of "fantasy" topics and thread which do not benefit the forum but just helps to plus posts at the end of the fiscal month to the popularity of the forum.
This constitutes trolling. The chief moderatress takes a severe view on this.
To all other potential threadstarters, review your content before posting.
At first, when I first saw this thread, I assumed that SMRT was bringing in Toyota Wish besides Transcab and launching an ad campaign on it. More so when I saw Poolman posting here. I was dead wrong. Please do not launch these fantasy threads again. If you want, consolidate all your fantasy threads into one thread.
To be honest, can you shut up as well, since this is not Civil Avivation or EuroRail — Ferroviare Europenne — Eüropische Eisenbahn and thus you should shutup X3.
Well, I find that there is healthy discussion ongoing except this post. Moreover, there are many suggestions / fantasy thread all around the forums. Why dont you ask them shutup or what? Why are you fault finding TS or Singapore Trains Forum?
If this indeed trolling, the admins / FireIce / QX179R etc would have taken action le and hence, you should not be acting smart / be busybody.
Replace all the CX-100s with Innovias
If there is another wish, I would seriously hope that BPLRT will be realigned the BPJ station. I believe the Ten Mile Junction will be demolished / major modification project in future (Not a integrated shopping centre with condo is not a practice what, afterall thanks to Sheng Siong, if not the Junction is as good as dead.) which will seriously affects the fate of BPJ LRT.

So ulu, the depot can go and demolish liao. The trains just store in open air on viaducts can liao XD

Look who is the one being a busybody here.
I'm entitled to post in any forum I want. I cite. "Free speech".
I'm at liberty to comment as and when I wish. You cannot deny me my civil liberties and rights.
And, the comment was directed to youyuan. Not you. Now who is the busybody one trying to find faults with specific users.
Your comments do not befit your age. How childish.

Refurbish the C651 first...

Can, sure. The lousy train afterall need to upgraded de, so heck care. But wait, where the heck is the power supply came from? -- Depot. Where is the crossover signal controlled by -- also depot. So, in other words, if what I believed of the Ten Mile Junction going to be re-developed, BPJ LRT will have to be demolished which is the best ending because short pain makes long gain. (The epic failure of the system + wrong alignment of DTL etc)
If, if this LRT system is going to stay here for the next 50 years, then they would have use the Changi Airport Skytrain's fleet. (Especially when people are complaining 19 trains might not be enough) But why not?
NO FINES FOR EATING!
