BPLRT - Door opened suddenly in the middle of journey

LRT doors suddenly open in the middle of journey
STOMPer Esther was travelling on the Bukit Panjang LRT towards Keat Hong Station when suddenly, the doors opened. If the LRT was fully packed with people, those standing close to the doors will surely have fallen onto the tracks, she says.
She said in an email (May 18):
"It was during peak hour, at about 6.40pm.
"The LRT was travelling toward Keat Hong Station when the doors suddenly opened.
"Luckily, it was not fully packed till the doors with people, like when it left Choa Chu Kang Station.
"If it was, people will surely be falling onto the tracks when the doors opened.
"Can the authorities please kindly check the technical aspects of your trains carefully everyday?
"Imagine the consequences if people were to really fall onto the tracks in a similar incident." -
That is why I hope the BPLRT will be demoslish and rebuild a new one to align with BPJ MRT along it.

Time for it to have the 'Please do not lean against the train doors' annoucement and change all the annoucement to CHY. BUT BUT BUT, i see many ppl somemore play a fool leaning on the CCL train doors thought the annoucement told them not to.

They've to review e freq. The trains are getting too packed -
Saw the incident also. Happened in between stations (CCK and South View). Visible from the MRT

Bombardier CX-100 Review
Bad Points:
- Breaks down easily (especially when it was under SLRT)
- Some trains had their speakers broken
- One of the train's PIS system corrupted badly
- Recently case of sudden opening of door
- Causes alot of train distruption (especially on peak hours; similar to first point)
- Wheel tyre burst at one of the trains
- 2 trains crashing to each other back to back
- Weird engine sound on some of trains
- The 'ever-changing windows' on trains for privacy on some near blocks, have been defective (on some trains)
Good Points:
- Only some of the trains have cold A/C.
- Nothing else.
Summary:
SMRT, please upgrade the BPLRT system before anything bad happens. -

The problem with misting windows is, some are on always-on state, aka misted with no HDB blocks anywhere near, not that is does not mist.
