  Collected 5 forms altogether today. Will be submitting all the completed forms tomorrow.

  I came at 2pm today and went back beyond the normal time, 3pm. If there are any last minute people wanting to submit their forms, last call for submission will be tonight, 8pm at Yew Tee MRT.

  Can I (If I ever get it signed) or any other people choose not to have a photo on the FOSMRT card? (Idea taken in some union membership card by my relatives or what)

  I don't think that's possible..
  the photo is part of the identification purpose..

  It's basically something to prove that this card belongs to you because quite a lot of your details are printed on the back of the card.

  how long does it take to process. i submit my mid-april but until now there is no news. there is an email confirmation that they have receive it...should i call them on the status...pls advice...thanks

  no. anw thanks got an email quite sometime ago nvr check...

  Need wait de... They need process then mail to you.

  I submitted mine in early March, and I only received my card today.
