trains that are perming on EWL stands and higher chance for not going mod..
Maybe after national day, they will continue to mod..Bar trains needn't mod is they are required during peak hours

I know 089/090 had already mod. But they might be blind to put back 089/090 again..

007/008 spotted last wk also. I think high probability that 027/028 is the one.
