How is STARIS done?

  i want to ask how was STARIS done using what platform. i guess is visual basic or java programming. for wenjie639 how you do your "WRARIS". u write code?

  WRARIS technology will be upgraded in version 2.1.0.0 and will not use the same technology as what joey mentioned (if u read it).
