What I have known is, EB trains which used to terminate at PSR, had to terminate at Eunos instead.. Over at the big route map in CTH, shown at the faregates entrance..Sector from PSR to EUN are "crossed out"

timing plays a very important factor here coz they middle platform serves the CGL..
so when that incident happened, trains heading towards simei, tampines & pasir ris had to use the middle platform..

They are hoping that after they die the public will pity them and donate money to their family members mah just like how a few years ago the public donated half a million dollar to the guy family after he commit suicide by jumping on the mrt track

I think probably he suicide because of love affairs OR he got certain terminal illness (Look at some people age small small, but got the what muscle minimize illness -- 肌肉�缩症)

Drivers will have to go for counselling after the accident. At least, that's what happen most of the time.

Sadly the driverless trains are underground at the NEL which people can't jump onto those tracks. If not it saves on the counselling xD

Yeah they should just suicide inside a car by turning on the air con with the car stationery. No pain at all and the body will still be in normal state. And there's even the luxury of air conditioning while they die~
