Man gets aggressive with middle aged woman in MRT train

This is really sad lah. And the thing is I don't know who is to blame. The man who got angry because the woman snatched his seat in the train preventing him from sitting with his wife, the woman who snatched the seat because she felt since she is middle aged she had the right to sit down or the SMRT that does not ensure waiting time for all trains are lower than 3 minutes intervals.
