When did you first see a C151 refurb?

  When did you first see it? I first saw one in late January 2007, at Yishun.

  When it arrived I thought it was a C751B, but it looked weird in some ways, but when the motor sound kicked in, it sounded C151-like! I was so shocked! I did remember the news saying about trains, and I thought that that refurb C151 was a new train.

  But after some research, I found out that it was a refurbished train instead.

  Subsequent meets:
  - One at Dhoby Ghaut Southbound (I was going northbound)
  - One at Tampines Eastbound (083/084, I camped for it to return to westbound just to ride on it!) 
  - One at City Hall Northbound (019/020, second ride)

  One in April 2007, it was at DBG evening peak... Can consider my first refurbished ride

  In June 2007, 2 months later, they started to put refurb C151 to run CGL.. Nv notice the trainset in the first place

  for me is say to be quite a few days after 005/006 is refurbished. was so lucky to get that train...and at that time, found the interior very fresh, a refreshing look..

  First saw it on the news. But only took it in December 2008. It was 023-024.

  Same. I was not a train fan then, and I catagorised the C151 refurb, ironically, as the "new train", along with the C751B.

  somewhere around 2007 while going back from Bukit Batok - CCK. Heard from dad since he was partly working for C151 refurbishment back then.

  I first saw it in October 2008.Yes,I know it is quite late to spot as most of them were already refurbrished.Took a ride of it (037/038) from Bishan Interchange to City Hall Interhange.

  i remember the date vry clearly, 18 April 2008 at pasir ris station 8.00pm+. was vry tired that time, so was like wah new train. that was the first time, after that i started to research abt this c151 train until today :)

  I remember seeing my first refurbished C151 in July 2007 at Bishan. I was actually supposed to be going to Ang Mo Kio, but I took a ride to Toa Payoh before heading back northbound. I remember waiting to ride on for a long time after reading the article about the refurbishment in somewhere around 2006.

  Got 1 time , when I finished my check-up @ TTSH and headed to Novena Station , got 1 white test train which i presume as C651 [coz most of the C151 black liao] , it was the C151 with the interior refurbed. Looks cool man! White train + white interior. :)

  it was June 2007 then when I just came down from skin centre, then I spotted one test train, with interior refurb.. But exterior looks old and whits, looks the same as C651s.. Proved that that is an C151 undergoing refurb with completed int

  Okay I saw it on the net on around august/september last year.

  I saw it "LIVE" on... not sure, well I took it "LIVE" on September last year, I can't really remember when I see it "live", since whenever I go to school, I would always go past the tracks approaching one "station".

  The first time I saw a refurb C151 was somewhere around May/June/July 2008. It was 031/032. (Actually , I saw another C151 earlier in 2008 but don't know trainset no.)

  Hmm..... Around 2006~2007. That time a few C151 refurb liao.... but most haven yet. Anyways that time , with the old announcements(miss it so badly) , it's epic!
