  Discuss about any interesting happenings abt trains here in the year 2009!

  For me, 2 most significant events:

  1. 07/03/09 - 1st and 2nd STARIS trains, excluding 053/054.

  

  

  

  2. 02/05/09 - Miscoupling incident between 123/124 and 125/126.

  My first STARIS spotted is 075/076

  Where there are 2 Brothers had its Full Train ad survived the longest

  To me, the 2 most significant event is:

   

  1: Enter Paya Lebar Station, took a train until Nicoll Highway (Without authorization) The train seemed to be a 825. (And few other passed by)

   

  2: Enter a DNB in Ang Mo Kio and ended up in BSD. (Trainset: 085/086)

  Remembered the open house and opening of Boon Lay Extension and the Circle Line

  Awaken by a call from my uncle.. Asking if I want to go for the CCL Depot Tour...

  Yes, the Boon Lay extension open house... Circle Line Discovery, free rides all the way...

  Also, 075/076 marks the end of the 2-year refurbishment of the C151s.

  DTL works for Stage 2 had commenced too.
