I will go to Singapore at Feb 2010.
I would like to spend some time to take photo of MRT, Light Rail and Malaysian train.
Are there any ideal location that you would recommand?

The front and back of the station , if the stations has PSDs.
Will MRT staff /police expel passenger who take photo/filming in train/station?
Are there any ideal location outside station?
I have read the page of SMRT in wikipedia,
the following photo seems taken outside station.Do you know where is it?

Have you read the link Kawasaki_c751_eunos.jpg. So it is a C751B train on Eunos!
Police dont repel passengers. Usually is the MRT staff report to police.
However, usually MRT staff wont be that bad. Just ask them for permission first if you want to feel better or dont get caught (If you doubt are they in authority to permit your fliming, something that I dont know either).................
Come to Food Culture @ Lot 1 Shoppers' Mall of Choa Chu Kang, there sure can take photos of trains :P
You could try going up HDB flats that are located near the MRT/LRT tracks and take photos from the corridor of the HDB.
Why the police or MRT staff expel for taking photo of filiming? The LTA is not allowed?

BiminiRosy, half then time when I'm reading your posts, I'm guessing what you could mean and my replies are based on what I guessed. This time, I have no freaking idea whatsoever what you are trying to say. How is it possible that I can enter Bishan Depot?
