Here lo? You are the 900th topic sia.................
if I would like to take photo of train,
are there any location you would suggest?

MRT station, inside a train, a HDB block, an at-grade location, or just below viaducts.
The 1st 2 methods are the best, but be careful not to get caught by staff.
Is it prohibited of taking photo in MRT Station and train?

Not really. Why? Have you seen NO Filming / Photography sign like No smoking (Fine $1000) , No Eating and Drinking (Fine $500) or even No Flammable products (Fine $5000) on the train / station? (Oh, there is a sign on No Durian, fine was not stated)
PS: Some staff which seemed to work for "SMLJ" / "SBSL" company may KPKB when you start filming / taking photos. Others kind and lenient staff who work for SMRT / SBST may let you film it wholeheartly. (So some people say ask the staff for permission lo, but at times you should use some tatics and common sense.)
Want to film, I suggest you better get permission. Is it really that difficult to go over to the office and ask, "Excuse me sir, Is it possible if I could film trains at the station here?"
If they say yes, carry on and thank them. If they say no, say thanks to them and go somewhere else.
Filming is possible, who says it isn't allowed? But due to the attacks and whatsover in the other countries, security here has been enhanced.

All staff has been instructed to direct all photography requests to be cleared via written permission. If they casually say yes, that means they are being lenient and just decide to close one eye.
Corporate Communications has been instructed to REJECT all requests for written permission, unless it is for commercial or corporate purposes.
At the newspaper, the SMRT said that photo-taking or video recording is not allowed unless with prior permission from the train operators.

So you continue recording?

If you didn't get the hint, it's a blanket ban on amature photography since by company policy any such permission would never be approved.
