  As the title said: "DELETE THIS ASAP", the person meant delete the message ASAP. So just delete the message, and ingore.

  Recommended actions against these spammers: If you see their comment, just ignore it and block that user that is spamming. Talking back to these spammers make them spam more. Once you ignore them, they will go away because they have no attention at all.
