Edited portion as bonus (For the low volume of attempt)!:
11: With reference to Question 4 as below:
4: Which 2 MRT stations has skipped exit (I.e Having a largest alphabet used on exit as H but there is no Exit C)
List 2 exits that was skipped (One exit per station respectively, so assuming that there is an option E - Changi Airport and Punggol and you choose it, you should state which exit alphabet was skipped in both Changi Airport and Punggol respectively.)
Sample format for Qn 11 (If Person B chose option E in Qn 4, Changi Airport and Punggol and wrote the following for Qn 11.)
11: D,B. -> This means that Changi Airport has skipped Exit D and Punggol has skipped Exit B.
Hint: In the case that you feel that in question 4 with the assumption of Option E exists, "Changi Airport" and "Ang Mo Kio" has skipped exit, then you are definetely wrong. Please choose either "option E" (Changi Airport and Punggol) or "option C" (Outram Park and Ang Mo Kio). Also if person A, selects "C" in qn 4, and answer D,B in Qn 11 while person B as above, selects "E" in qn 4 and answer D,B in Qn 11, they meant different exits since person A refers to Outram Park has skipped exit D and Ang Mo Kio has skipped Exit B while person B feels that Changi Airport has skipped exit D and Punggol has skipped exit B.
For this bonus question, one exit worth 10 points, so a total of 20 points is awarded in this bonus question. (All other MCQ worth 1 point each)
I hope it is not that confusing. In summary, in order to get Qn 11 to be correct, your question 4 must be correct as a pre-requiste. I cannot entertain in this example case where people who chose option E and assuming it is correct, and write D,B when they mean Punggol has skipped Exit D and Changi Airport has skipped Exit B (Answer in backwards) for clarity and fair reasons.

Correct Answer for Quiz 1:
1. A
2. A
3. D
4. A
5. C
6. D
7. C
8. B
9. A
10. C
11. B,D only if the user selects "A" in Qn 4.
Comment:
1: This can be a difficult question. Hint: Some of the option (Option A) is one of the option used in a quiz of MRT CD shelter in one of the open house held previously.
2: It is the only LRT station with aircon and full PSD. I cant remember the partial PSD on Sengkang still exist or not (That was reported to have it bulit as it was too squeezy on peak hours).
3: Erm, I purposely did not set this as a trick question that have one option of Buangkok MRT's opening date, which is Jan 15 2006.
4: This question is way too difficult. In Street Directory of 2005, there is a Chinatown Exit B shown. I had confirmed with the station'staff on the time of writing regarding Exit B which he said there is no such exit in Chinatown. The possible location of "Exit B", based on that street directory is somewhere next to a bridge, which is opposite of the UOB bank using the Zebra crossing there. (I had observed that there is a fire hose that states Chinatown, Outram Park Southbound sort of.) Clarke Quay does not have Exit D as of writing, not even mentioned on the same street directory (I can show it to you now).
5: Right now, the Punggol LRT only consists of first phase (Excludes Punggol North Line, which I am preparing such questions on my next quiz) which has only 10.3 km long. Sengkang LRT has 10.7km long instead of 10.5 km. Wikipedia has such answer.
6: Wikipedia has such answer in case if anyone don't believe.
7: Proof: and Wikipedia
8: Wikipedia has such answer in case if anyone don't believe.
9: CSR Sifang Locomotive. This is our first case of having Made in PRC trains. Well, we have Yutong Bus in SMRT, no doubt SMRT will buy trains in China. So prepare for more tiong products! (SMLJ!!?? -- WTH!? Yep, it successfully created controversy in the question :D). This can be found in Wikipedia.
10: This IS a trick question. 66 C151 trainsets was built and 396 train cars were used as part of the 66 trainsets for passenger service AND 4 C151 train cars was built as money train (To collect and transport fares collected in MRT stations). Hence the answer is 400. Wikipedia has such answer. PS: How come NEL does not have money train or was the train sets are served with dual purpose? Yes, 132 train cars IS going to built for C151A.
11: Please refer to Question 4 for comments. All the other 3 options has no skipped exits.
Since there is nobody attempted Qn 11 by stating the missing alphabet (Probably due to later changes), I shall forfeit that.

6: Marina Bay was opened on 4 November 1989 and became terminus ever since (Unless can be proven Marina Bay is NOT terminus from the day it opens), Boon Lay was opened on 6 July 1990 until 28 February 2009 where Joo Koon replaced its position, Yio Chu Kang was opened on 7 November 1987 and became terminus until 20 December 1988 where Yishun had taken its place, Tanah Merah was opened on 4 November 1989 and became terminus until 16 December 1989 when Tanah Merah - Pasir Ris sector was opened. That has only hold a record of 42 days and became terminus on July 22 2003 only when Changi Airport branch was arranged as a shuttle service.
