Old announcement VS New announcement

  You think the new announcement (Chan Hui Yuh) better or the old announcement (Juanita Melson) better?

  I prefer Juanita Melson: "Next Stop, Dhoby Ghaut Interchange passengers going (to or towards i can't remembered) HarbourFront or Punggol please alight at the next stop.

  Hahah, Her voice is okay and sweet but I think it is not suitable to be used as MRT Announcements, since she can't pronounce the station name correctly. I miss Juanita's voice. Sobbb. Lolz

  Wished Chan Hui Yuh can disappear from MRT stations. Especially the the Changi Airport one. The Bras Basah Station announcement was also made by her i suppose? The Bras Basah one is totally -.- x 100000000.

  JUANITA MELSON!! she sounds so natural and her pronounciation is perfect for the mrt! the "please mind the platform gap" and "city hall interchange, passengers going towards Orchard, Yishun and Woodlands, please cross the platform and transfer to another train" sounded way better! the new one is a bit annoying and sound a bit fake..... I hope they will put back Juanita back in all SMRT soon!

  Chan Hui Yuh's "Bras Basah" pronunciation sounded like...... BA BA SA

  I have seen two foreigners (ang mohs) mocking the crapstatic Hui Yuh's announcement on the train once. Had it been Melson's, they probably had more respect for MRT announcements...

  "Cross the platform" makes so much more sense than "please alight and transfer to Platform Beeeeeeeeeeeee"
