haha I know its a pity I didn't. Cos at that time I was still young and haven't really master the proper technique of videography. Also never thought that these train will be refurbished. Anyway it appears to be set x071.

Just a little slightly off topic qn: It seemed that the old VPIS ,
(http://www.stee.com.sg/lsg-grp/capabilities/pdf/transport/rail/VPIS_Eng.pdf
installed on all the C751B trains are decomissioned. Is that thing considered a trial cos the STARIS is replacing them, isn't it a waste of money?

Ya , it is really a waste of money , instead of replacing the VPIS with VFDs , they can reuse it again . Don't know why still have VPIS demo program when they want to use new VFDs.

I didn't see this before lol. Hope that they are putting this back on service. Maybe they are trying to test the sync with the future STARIS map that will be installed in the C751B.

Notice the signal turns red at 0.17? The video made it look as if the train is operated using the ATS signalling system. Something like this; -
