[BVE] C151 Train Announcements

  This is for openBVE:

  The "-" key on number pad: Play the "For the convinence of all passengers, please move towards the center of the car, thank you" announcement. Press again to stop.

  The "+" key on number pad: Play the doors closing announcement.

  The Enter key: Sound the train horn.

  i suggest you re-upload the train file, with a README file better. so that they can refer to it while offline(not surfing the net).
