Installation of half-height PSDs in above-ground MRT stations
Total of 54 sets for stns with 2 platforms, and 108 sets for stns with 4 platforms

2. YIS - 54 (LIVE as of 02/12/09)
3. JUR - 106 (U/C: 27 + 27 + 27 + 27)
Guessing Next Station will get PSD. Guess 3 stations each person
Khairiano - Clementi, Chinese Garden or Bukit Batok
BiminiRosy - Tanah Merah, Choa Chu Kang or Clementi
Bus and Train LoVuR - Chinese Garden, Lakeside or Clementi
azharjj - Lakeside, Clementi or Dover
jayh272416 - Boon Lay, Woodlands or Clementi
bus555 - Clementi
sbst272 - Queenstown, Dover or Chinese Garden
TPS Timonthy Mok - Tampines, Simei or Tanah Merah
youyuan - Boon Lay or Clementi
sgbuses - Ang Mo Kio, Choa Chu Kang or Woodlands

Nathpoop - Pioneer or Chinese Garden
Samuel Lee - Clementi, Choa Chu Kang, Bedok
Kawasaki C751B - Tanah Merah, Ang Mo Kio or Woodlands
Scania96 - Clementi
Depends on how dangerous the station is i guess.
Boon Lay- still quite crowded after Pioneer's opening.
Choa Chu Kang- Due to BP LRT, the station is quite full during peak.
Buona Vista- ever since the death incident, SMRT has been quite cautious.
Kranji- After matches at the Turf Club, the station is always full.
Dover- Wrong acceleration at the wrong time, which makes it quite dangerous. They accelerate only at the downhill part after the uphill, and enters the station at speeds which emergency brakes cant do much. Dover itself is a safe station though, quite spacious.
I'm not too sure about the east side.
They started testing the PSDs at JUR already...

Did the last PSDs completed?

Not too sure.. But they tested the PSDs with trains running in and out of the station during after service hours.
Personally, these people are not smart either.
Why cant they install metal fences on top of the door. Safety hazard.
So why cant they install Emergency Train Stop Plunger on top such that on top of the PSD, it senses for pressure used. Afterall, the reason for people get killed for suicide or accidental fell on to tracks is not because of high voltage, due to third rail used, but rather the pain being crushed by the train, so next time during your next suicide on any above ground MRT stations without PSD, try put your head on either side of the track (Not on middle will do) and you will be executed immediately. I wonder what is below the train and if a person just lie down on the track, will he/ she get killed instantly. No suicide intended for me.
it is either one of the west station starting from redhill. i guess it is either boon lay or clementi

If you want to have this guessing game, you should have a system. E.g. how many guesses per person. If there isn't such a restriction, I can say that i guess all of the above-ground stations of the EWL (with the exception of PSR and JUR) to be next, and won't I definitely be correct?

Not really, Yishun by then has completed too.
I guess it would be either Pioneer or Chinese Garden. (:

There has a dead incident in Sengkang LRT (Accident in STC) and Bukit Panjang LRT (Lazy to go down and cross over to the other platform at Jelapang).
Source:Wikipedia
PS: You still can get fine $5000 for going into LRT tracks, so sure can die one as well, apart of jumping off to the road in Bukit Panjang LRT tracks (There is no side protection like MRT tracks / Sengkang - Punggol LRT)
Originally posted by SBS8033D:LRT always stop at the front of the station if you realise. I was wondering that too. Coz i always sit at the front there, and the LRT will stop at the front one. But i dun think so la haha. LRT only. But it conducts electricity also. 400-600w from what i saw from the tracks. So i dunno isit a good or a bad to install PSDs on LRT stations. But SBST one ah, should need liao. LRT drive so fast one.
LRT always stop at middle of the station, for Sengkang / Punggol LRT. BPLRT (Bukit Panjang) seemed to be @ front.
