Train Disruption bet. AMK & YIS

My mum was stuck in the northbound train for over 45 mins, so she kept calling me for help.
Last call mentioned that train service between AMK and YIS has been cancelled. Her train dropped the commuters off at YCK. Can imagine the chaotic situation at YCK now. Lucky my dad went to fetch her.So anyone knows what happened?

One C151 train broke down and it was being pushed and towed by C751 train on southbound track towards Bishan depot. And sorry, it's too dark for me to see the car number of C751B and C151.
EDIT: It actually is C151 broke down, not C751. I thought C151 was "pulling" C751 as it was heading towards Bishan depot. But it's C751 pushing C151 in the front towards depot. Thanks Inteception_7 for the update.

ARGH! I HATE MY HEADACHE!!!
coz if i din have that headache i could've went camping. And if I went camping, I'll be back around this time. And if I'm back around this time, I could've been on this train. And if I've been on this train, I COULD'VE TAKEN PICTURES!!!!

its a c151 which brokedown, the c751 took the c151 to YCK.

Northbound services between Ang Mo Kio & Khatib disrupted due to faulty train
SINGAPORE: Northbound train services from Ang Mo Kio to Khatib MRT stations were disrupted for about 50 minutes when a train developed a fault and stalled around 7pm on Wednesday.
According to an SMRT spokesperson, the train had to be pushed to Yio Chu Kang station by another train travelling from Ang Mo Kio station.
Some 1,800 passengers onboard both trains subsequently alighted at Yio Chu Kang station at about 7:30pm.
SMRT said commuters were kept informed about the service disruption through announcements in the trains and at affected stations.
The public was also informed through MediaCorp Radio's Traffic Watch service.
SMRT apologised for the inconvenience caused and said northbound train services resumed at around 7.50pm.- CNA/vm
