[Nice] Amazing Frequency!

Yesterday I encountered a 30-second frequency at YCK, which was nice. When the train I'm on entered YCK, the opposite train departed as we entered. After the door opened for like 5-7 seconds, the next train arrived. So fast!

Nah. Both trains carried passengers. One train going twds JE, the other going YIS.

If trains backed up end-to-end for whatever reason, yes you get 30s frequency.

It was in yr 2000 when this incident tht i encountered abt it - there had 'train bunching' at CCK! Abt 4 trains were somehow 'joined' together! Although i was ONLY abt 5 yrs old, it was still fresh in my mind. I remembered clearly; there were 4 C151s (since i heard the familiar sound); 3 were adless & another train was with the 'Millenium 2000' full body ad. The 3 trains had passengers inside, except for the last 1 (it had absolutely no passengers inside). It was damn slow & long; fyi, the 4 trains took up alot of space (from the small tunnel (aft Bukit Gombak Stn) until the CCK Stn!). Btw, the trains were moving at a snail's pace. But it still remains a mystery for me - How & WHY did it happen like tht?!
P.S : The 4 trains were moving twrds the Marina Bay line. Hope you guys can reply!

can happen on EWL also.
once i took frm BNL > TAM, it didnt pick up any connecting passengers at jurong east & city hall. this was during PM peak. only a few standing people per carriage throughout journey. -

its the same goes to me, last few week ago..
between Lakeside and Chinese Garden stations (Pasir Ris/ UPD Bound) at 10am
while i was on the way to Lakeside Station, there were 3 trains slowly move towards Chinese Garden.. and after that when i at platform..
first a C151(OS) pass by Lakeside station to UPD slow down at Lakeside all the way to chinese Garden
1 min later, a C651 (PS), when leaving the station, stop at the middle of a few seconds and leave the station slow speed all the way
1 min later, a C151 (OS), stop at station, and leave the station slow slow..
1 min later. C751B, i was boarded, leaving Lakeside slow slow slow.. all the way to chinese garden...
after chinese garden back to normal..
