i was only just 6 yrs old.. let me do a procedure recall..
my family and i was walking around at bishan area in the noon, then suddenly we saw alot of ppl queueing outside the station, didnt know where is heading to.. so we blindly followed them.. saw alot of SBS charted bus, every charted bus we board was packed, and unconfortable, luckily its just a short trip... reached bishan depot.. walked around that area, got exhibits, and all those stuff, toured the depot and the train,
if i still can rmb, the was a money train, 4 carriages and went to a C651, i just started running inside that train then.. over at the green carriages, a green cusion replacing the middle row seats.. i dunno the no. then, nv took photos but went to a self portrait then.. someone drew my face...
i saw a train with body ads as well, that was the first body ad
LoL...
Wait later people will start creating five more thread..

out of topic, but anyone remember the time during 1987 when the AMK station was open for the public and the train was at the middle track for display and people could go in and look.
i also remember the time when the YCK to TPY(5 stations) stretch was first open for service. later more and more stations progressively opened. that time the East line was not yet ready and the North line was through service to the West line. can go from AMK to Clementi without transferring.

This is correct. It should also be technically possible to operate an AMK - Raffles Place - Jurong East - Woodlands - AMK circle line in both directions.
