uhhmm.... i don't think japan can let trains leave the station with high accuracies..... have you ever seen the videos on youtube of trains during peak....?? compared to tokyo mrt singapore mrt isn't crowded during peak...

Never accurate.
If Platform A shows 5mins to arrival and Platform B 3 mins, sometimes the one that arrives first is the former.
