CC24 and CC18

It doesn't sound good that the NUH(Kent Ridge) Circle Line station was numbered '24'. Likewise it sounds too 'auspicious' that our Bukit Brown Cemetary was numbered '18'.
Perhaps what NUH needs is alots of luck. If we were to start CC numbering from HarbourFront..., NUH will become CC6!!! And that's what patients into NUH really need.

Already finialised liao, cannot change...
If change, all the MRT system map also change, CCL Stage 3 signage also need change..

Also LTA has not come up with the actual names for Thomson and West Coast stations which will be opening with other stage 4 and stage 5 stations respectively.

Do you want Jurong East (EW24) and Dhoby Ghaut (NS24) to be renumbered too?

i still think, the old numbering is easier to remember and more intuitive..the E12 Pasir Ris N9 Ang Mo Kio etc......but now more lines the old numbering cannot continued to be used :(
i always thought whether it'd be better if NS1 is Marina Bay instead. but doesnt matter. because i dont remember the stations by their current numbering but their old ones....like Kallang is E3, Yishun is N12 and Woodlands N16 etc.

i thought stage 4 and 5 names all finalised already? like..Labrador Park, Pasir Panjang etc. if not, when will these 2 station name be finalised?as for the naming of the CCL station for Marina Bay etc, maybe they would give it another name instead of CC like changi airport extension which is not EW but still part of the green line....if not, maybe they could start from CC30?

All names on stage 4 and 5 have been finalised by 2005 except these two stations. LTA announced last year that these two stations will open with the rest of the stations on stage 4 and 5, instead of opening them later.There will be stage 6 to be build, eventually the CCL will be a complete circle. CC30 will be the next station after HarbouFront, somewhere along Keppel Rd. If it is considered that the extension is part of stage 6, then Marina Bay and Bayfront will be CC 30+.

If start naming stations on CCL from Harbourfront:
1. Bishan's station code will not change.
2. CC12 is Bukit Brown.
3. CC13 is Thomson. (Hello? Mount Alvernia Hospital is in the vicinity!)
4. CC8 is Buona Vista.
5. CC18 is Bartley.
6. CC28 is Bras Basah.
