It has been opened for about 6 years already. Only Station on NEL not opened is Woodleigh. coz there not much developments.

lol in the first place I though the kovan mrt stn was so narrow (becoz maybe he resize it)

i rmb it was in june 2003, because i was in school on that day and there were people talking about it..

i have a direct bus to kovan so it's not a station i would drop at usually unless i'm really dying to take a train instead of a bus =O

do u live in serangoon. if i want to go kovan heartland mall usually i will take MRT but if going back will take the bus if it comes before the train.

nah i dun...nearest station from my home (distance-wise but not commuting-wise) is hougang station....if i live in serangoon, i wont even pass kovan station at all...all i know is that as long as u dun stay near mrt station, it's not worth taking one or two stops...i never take NEL for 1 or 2 stops...cannot stand the waiting time unless is rush hour -
u see in 2002-3 , i was overseas...

I can walk to kovan mrt station, no need walk, or take bus. Run 3 mins, or walk 10mins.
