Train overrun Joo Koon?

I went to Joo Koon just now and I saw a C651 parked beyond the station. And there's a notice at Pioneer WB to TOs saying:
Defective train overrun JKN.
Workers at JKN platform both ends.
I got down from Joo Koon and took some pics. The train is C651 223/224.

the last incident was the air-con gas leak from the C651..
and now this..

C651 very troublesome lol.

hope they will see better days after they are refurbished..

Lucky nvr drop like the Ampang Line. Maybe the circuit interruptor and good bumper stopped it. :D

sure there will be some technical faults here & there..
coz its considered a new stn wat..

Yes, I was there at about 4.40pm, I saw it at platform A, and was a DNB train.(But i didnt see it overrun the station) Donno how long it stopped there, but it stood there for quite a long period of time. -

You mean you saw it moving there? I was there at about 6.50 to 7.00 PM and it's still there. Trains approaching Platform A had to move in slowly (will be posting a vid for this soon). -

it wasn't moving. it was stationary there.edit: spelling

Seen this happening in PSR before.. The train just stood there on the overshot part...

If it's the one nearer to Bishan:
The train's probably went off svc at Bishan NB, then went to the middle track, then waiting to go back to depot.
If it's the one leading to the depot:
Then the train's going to go into the svc tracks and become a peak hour train. -

seen it a few days ago on EWL -
If it's stopped by ATC interceptor, then it's a pretty serious incident...
Might also possibly be a defective train being moved aside for fixing or haulage, as with the maintenance vehicle incident some time back.

Eh, it was first stored at the platform, but soon after they had no choice but to move the train to the overrun as other trains would need to use the platform.

I duno where 237/238.
So... That means that 223/224 was doing fine ytd until a point where it turned defective. -
