053/054's test message finally removed ... ...

079/080 STARIS error. All NSL stations are lighted, without any in red, and the VFDs show "City Hall" all along.

001/002 on EWL during morn peak, STARIS still not in operation.
041/042 also on EWL, but did not see whether STARIS was working.
System on bar cum STARIS trains 039/040 and 075/076 are doing well.

Boarded 075/076 from Outram Park to Jurong East. STARIS system had no problem until departing Buona Vista. When the train was departing for Dover , the light was on Buona Vista and the VFD showed 'Next the EW21 Bunoa Vista' when it should be 'Next station EW22 Dover' At Dover it was still showing EW21 Buona Vista.When it departed for Clementi it turned back to normal.

the best STARIS train i've taken so far is 089/090. everything is so synchronised...even the Doors Opening blinker..

Hopefully STARIS will not be a problem for the current trains that has it... since u guys say evrytime got error or not working

UPDATE: According to my cousin, who spotted 001/002 at clementi wb, he said he saw "green and red lights inside heading joo koon". So I will assume that 001/002's STARIS has commenced operation but if anyone spots it today and the system is not working, i will remove it from the "Fully Operational" section.

Wrong info given from my cousin ytd. STARIS in 001/002 is actually not yet operational, as spotted during evening peak today on EWL.
Btw, 087/088's STARIS has been completely fixed up but not in service as of today.
During my ride on 039/040 today, when the train was halfway towards Khatib NB, the whole STARIS system suddenly shut down, so when the train reached Khatib, the TO had to manually announce the station name. However, when the train left the station for Yishun, the VFDs turned on, followed by the lighting of the route maps. Everything went back to normal.

001/002 on EWL STARIS not in operation.

I was onboard 055/056 this morning peak on the NSL southbound and it has STARIS, although it was not in operation. Saw the Route Maps, sorry forgot to see it there were VFDs.

41/42 was a LTE train, 87/88 was operating this morning to NB... however, 87/88 was down again during the evening peak... both NSL
