Today I experienced many weird things on the MRT today lol.
1st, 109/110 had weird announcements until Bishan (maybe broke down).
2nd, when 109/110's door close, the PSD didn't close. :P
3rd, 225/226 left before the time (it says Departing in 2 min when it left).
4th, the train behind 225/226 was very slow. (Raffles Place - 2 min behind, Toa Payoh - 6 min behind, subsequent stns) no more (> 6 min).
Weird...
so did the PSD closed in the end..
I think TS is weirder then the train.

About la... lol.
But how u knw its later or not later, unless u go time it wad.
sry lah, we train enthusiasts sometimes are like dat one..
so plz pardon us..
Oh ok. . Wads the PSD?
PSD = Platform Screen Doors..
those you can find at underground stns..
Oh ok.
This morning a WB train enter Platform A at Boon Lay Stn & become EB.
When the train move 3/4 & stop bef the train move fully into the station , many people already squeeze near the doors w/o notice the train has not move fully into the station...
Also no announcements until aft Lakeside Stn
boarded 127/128 at about 1205hrs today at Raffles Place & train stopped at Kallang stn..
TO made an announcement stating that train will be delayed for a short while due to a train at the next station, delay was abt a min..
the speaker for this train was noted to have "popping" sound after each and every announcement is made..
happened 2 days ago.
took 091/092 from toa payoh to raffles place. it departs smoothly but when reaching the next station, it slowed down more than usual, such that the train decelerated differently than the other trains and at some stations, the train had to accelerate a bit for it to open the train doors. the train doors didn't align well(such that the platform screens, not the PSDs, cover part of the opened train doors) with the PSDs at some of the train stations. at somerset and dhoby ghaut, the TO had to make an announcement that the doors are closing.
13/14 on nsl today

i think they'd better do away with the pre-recorded announcement thing since cannot sunchronise properly, and let the driver annouce manually.
