new meeting area for our foreign workers.
to clear them from Boon Lay, a place susposedly for Singaporeans... Look at Chinatown on weekends, packed with people from China. Little India on Sunday nights? Packed until even the BCs driving at Serangoon Road also scared. Now slowly they extend from Mustafa to near Boon Keng already...

More estates are developing at the "Back & Beyond" of Boon Lay Terminal station. Not sure if its a marketing strategy or a public request

Ok if you want. All my images are open to all (unless you claim that those are your work).
both Joo Koon and Pioneer have their own Xchange.
nothing fanciful la. its just 6-8 stores along the two overhead bridges from each side of the road that links to the stations admiralty style.
it will do nothing to attract crowds (even the "FTs") there compared to Jurong Point which has much more shops and aircon.
the stores are unvacated so far by the way.

Not Admiralty style... Admiralty has a seperate overhead bridge unconnected to the stn.

But Admiralty one was built as part of the Woodlands MRT extension contract.
