Refurbished train door closing warning light

dunno wat happened on my train ride ytd
The in-train door closing flashing light was flashing on e opposite side instead of e door facing e platform side!
Even e platform red light did not flash up either

39/40- nvr light up as well

Realised recently platform tat red light hardly lights up when warning chime is sounded

Is this 007/008 train? 007/008 used to have this problem but it has since been fixed already.
