fined for passing things in mrt station

  recently read on the chinese newspaper lianhezaobao or sth,saw this news of a mrt passenger passing thing to a friend outside the station without tapping ezlink to go out.and was told by the mrt staff that he/she have to tap out to do so,if not will be fined.since when did this fining came out?

  now, nid 2 tap out 2 pass thing then tap in?

  more ridiculous rules?

   

  If cannot pass things then put some sort of transparent wall there lah.

  Useless de.. BC and SL have to make use of the rear mirror and left side mirror (if no cameras) to ensure everyone was alighted before closing the door.
