I have seen a few C651s in which its blue cabin has seats in each row reduced from 9 to 6. Post every new train spotted with reduced seats.
To date, i have seen:
201/202
217/218
and some others which i have forgotten
I thought it's been around for quite a while le?
what's with this reduced seating on the C651s..
i will try to post a pic of it soon.
yes, it has been around for quite some time, but more and more C651s are now having seats reduced.

BTW, PSR to BNL is 58mins. not "more than an hour".
but might be more due to unforseen circumstances..

Never mind. City Hall and Raffles Place overpacked. No one wanna give way while entering/alighting from the train. So take very long. Then have to stop a while to prevent train bunching so it will be at least 1 hour and 01 seconds.
