Refurbishment?

Is the refurbishment project by SMRT late?
Wiki : "After all of the Kawasaki Heavy Industries C151 cars have been refurbished by 2008"
It is almost going to be 2009 and i stil see quite a few C151s.

By end of 2008, I believe all the unrefurbished trains would have been gone. Please continue in existing thread. Thank you.

there are only 3 left, so they should be refurbished by dec. -
Imagine 1 of them they leave it unrefurb...

All trains refurbished by now, but the last train completed refurbishment on 2 January 2009, 2 days later than expected.
