living in the north, its much easier and faster now if u wanna go to the Northeast. We won't have to go all the way down to Dhoby Ghaut and transfer...can transfer at Bishan straight.

As for me who stay in the Northeast, I could choose to take it from Serangoon (where I have a direct bus there) to places like Holland V or Buona Vista or Paya Lebar (just to go to Bugis).
I just pray that the Circle Line frequency is not as bad as the NEL.
NEL actually not that bad, NSL, EWL peak hour still can have 5 to 7 minutes.
