Good News is, i took a C651 just now.
Bad News is... it is the EWL and not the NSL.
Set No: 2216
Clementi station at 11:10am.
It terminated at Boon Lay though.
terminate as in fully end service.
The glossy finish was more than half gone, maybe due to long usage.

I think Refurbished C151s are the ones whose seats are removed.

Just took C651 train on NSL and EWL today.
But sadly, I did not spot any unrefurbished C151 train on NSL, not even a single spotting today.

069/070 and 075/076 should be frequenting NSL nowadays. Just took them within this week. -

BTW, i took a C651 earlier.
8:20pm at bukit batok.
set no: 1226
It's acceleration was fast while decceleration was slow, the opposite of 1216 that i took at clementi,brakes strong while acceleration was slow.

Bukit Batok towards? if towards Bukit Gombak will be very fast.

i met a C651 this morning again. 7:12am CCK station
set no:1216
i wonder how it got to the NSL from the EWL.
probably due to switch of trains during the morning peak periods.

ulu pandan depot trains will run around the 2 lines.

This morning, there were quite a few C651's.
7:00am - set no: 213/214
followed by 217/218
Towards JE
I stayed around at CCK station for around 10mins.
Next, at around 9:30am,
I saw 219/220 and 231/232.
It seems to me that 50% of the unrefurbished are C651's.
The speed of a C651 is quite equivilent to a refurbished C151.
I noticed a few C751B's, seems that they have the 3xx set nos.

I notice there are many c651s running on the EWL and very few or none of the unrefurbished c151s.
