Seriously, LTA should do something about such blatant company advertising on board SMRT trains in the guise of "service announcements" - especially since LTA is taking over the planning of all bus routes in Singapore - this effectively means that bus routes are no longer SBS Transit's or SMRT's, but LTA's. And if they want to take it further, have the format of the announcements standardised - including the persons who will be voicing the announcements. Whoever is voicing the current anouncements on board SMRT's trains deserves to have her vocal cords ripped out.
