First, we have the Ferrari chief saying that the track is a circus. Never mind that their own clowns were the ones behind their fuel-line mishap.
Now, Red Bull is saying that static from an underground subway screwed up its gearbox but mysteriously didn't affect the other teams.
Doesn't matter that Red Bull didn't accuse SMRT outright..... those remarks are bad enough as it is.
What's next? Someone wants to claim that the petrol was tainted with melamine?

SMRT using third rail and not overhead cables.
If overhead cables, then maybe they are right about blaming.
But for third rail, even if 1cm directly below, i don't believe that it will cause any problem.
We all know that SMRT got a lot problem, but this accusation is really outrageous.

In the first place, there isn't any MRT tunnel at Turn 13. The tunnel is at Turn 10 there abouts.

if David Coulthard win the race hor and Webber gearbox spoil, then wont say this kind of thing. u see the Renault team, Piquet crash so early and can say help his teammate Alonso, but they dun comprain about the crash but explain how they won.

I believe some one will eventually blamed the generator that provide the electricity for the light to be the culprit.
They can also blamed the flash light of the over zealous fan.
What about the leaves from the trees that were flying around during the race ?
And the direction arrow on the road that are pointing in the opposite direction are confusing ?

Coz whether win or lose, if really is SMRT fault then both sides are the same.

just watch the news at Suria. SMRT says its impossible since the nearest tunnel is 200m away frm corner 13(if im not wrg, thats where it failed). and it wont give out static electricity when operating and the wheels and tracks of the rail are made of steel. so its impossible. thats what they say, if i remembered.
