I brought into trains b4 under cover and concealment....shhhhhh......hush hush.
But it's those packed in styrofoam boxes.
Yesterday night while travelling back in the last train, I saw 3 girls openly drinking their Starbucks beverages.

packed in styrofoam box no problem, cuz at least the layer of styrofoam contains the smell within the box itself.
I find it ridiculus if they impose a fine for bringing in "smelly" food. We are not eating them right? If the concern is "consideration for the fellow passangers", they should impose a fine on "people with body odour" also

got leak abit of smell, but nobody took offence.
No fine for bringing durians, but SMRT will still impose charge if you don't comply
