1: For tem. route, you realise that works only done in 1am - 5am and after 5am, the road is re-open, so why is there a need for tem. route unless the first bus starts at 4:45am ~ 5am.
2: You meant JR Street 12 reopen? I suppose it is permeantly closed.

Normally either closed one direction of the road or wait for last bus to complete the route.
Hmm, then what announcement would they play when it happens that a do not board train arrives on the current NSL Platform?
"Attention please, the train at Platform C and D is not for boarding. The train at Platform C and D is not for boarding."

Platform E and F is for passengers alighting only?

maybe for peak hours last train.. E/F new platform =)
26 Dec 2009 - At Jurong East New Tracks.
Please don't assume that the new platforms will be E and F. When they open, platforms may be re-lettered.
Could the new platform used for "Loop Service"? (Raffles Place used as crossover between East West line and North South Line). Thus, the new platform is a Eastbound train? (And the only North South line station is not served is Marina Bay, while the East West line stations covered is between Jurong East to Raffles Place)
If not, then could it be that the new platform used to run trains to Pasir Ris and trains from Pasir Ris may either use the middle platform or Westbound platform to crossover towards Bukit Batok? (It may show a 4 or 5 route in East West line stations? Just like the morning crossover service)
Or, there is a return track such that there is no need for such East West North South Line together?

No.
No.
There is a return track, and after the headwall, there will be a link to the EWL mainline for trains to head to Ulu Pandan Depot.

The crossover track at the EWL section is just my spectaculation as it's needed for train that's going to be introduced from UPD in the case when the "middle platform" is used by another train. Of course, the track may not be needed and train will still wait for train in "middle platform" to depart before coming in to JE OR schedule train to stop at new platform and introduce train from UPD in the "middle platform".
