SMRT won this despite the disruption on 21 January?
Hmm... dunno... rarely use their service...
Though we all know that all these awards are just like "for show" only, I have to admit, the level of customer service on SMRT TRAINS have indeed improved. Just two years ago, I would have been afraid to approach their customer service officers in the stations, but now, they're definitely more approachable. So i do give my kudos in this aspect.
