We cant boycott them either because they are the only Fcuking Train operator around. At least they got a saving grace i.e. at bare minimium they are able to provide accurate arrival times for trains to arrive at the stations. That is a feat which SBS BUS PTe LTD still cannot achieve.
and there are cars who love to block the yellow boxes or sort meant for buses to be easier to turn right at the coming traffic junction

I think the problem lies with Saw P H. she worked in the private sector before coming to SMRT and seemed to focus too much on profit and less on service.
as carbikebus commented before, even purchases of new buses need to seek her approval. thus the degradation of SMRT as a company isnt surprising to me...
