Sometimes computer can glitch also, causing the whole train to shoot past the station, about 3 car lengths. Reversing will take a looooong time (Reversing 1 car takes about 30 seconds) so it has to move on.Originally posted by ^tamago^:Computerised. But when it rains, it's all up to the technique of the driver, taking into account the slippery tracks.
Actually CM mode is the one and only mode where human error comes in.
You tell me, is computer 'logically' smarter than humans?
Humans, however high IQ, has no match for mightly coms that he created!
Again, exceptions happen...
Till this day, this is one of the games where it is as accurate as the one in Ulu Pandan or Bishan...

BVE is nice,
Never use 2.4 before, 4.2 got no side frame, but can operate windswiper.
0.0 got before, lucky lucky get one, usually I do the dangerous way, enter station at 70+kph (100+ for 12 car train), then max brake until deem reasonable then glide near the stopping point then full brake again stop. Thats why sometimes i cheat using developer's viewer mode in the game.
Best one is those ATO, sit there engage full throttle then relax until it nears the station (where it will automatically reduces speed) before you take over for the stopping.

Bro can share this route / trains everything?
I'm playing only the default ones :(
Best is Singapore MRT style
Actually the styles are quite nice...
Even with very hard braking, its quite hard to anger passengers unless the braking is too sudden or emerency is applied... I find that version 4 can be more fun than 2 in some ways, but I tend to like the side bar and stuck with it, plus it has more tracks to choose from, thats about a year ago... In 2006 played ver 4, then early 2007 switched to ver 2, so called downgrade...
Ah smartboy, if ya interested, these are the sites you can visit to get all the stuff ya want! But basic Japanese is encouraged to explore around...
BVE-routes have been closed on the 20th Nov last year so its a big loss to all the data...
Tokyo Metro Hanzonmon Line
http://greenshuttle.loops.jp/bve/hanzomon.html
Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, train and route similar to SMRT...
http://greenshuttle.loops.jp/bve/ginza.html
wah cannot la. japanese i know nothing at all leh .
btw i'm wtih BVE4 now.. tried both versions before but always wanna get the latest version of everything lol. maybe i downgrade too.
no one can mod smrt route ah?
Modding a route out can be very taxing. Especially nowadays when you cannot shoot photos in the stations, as the program requires pictures as its base. All others are just pure pogramming via Excel.
Can we open another thread to discuss BVE only? Cause its jamming up this thread...
sure lol.
on NEL, i encounter the train door and station door not aligned properly....
sometimes overshoot, the train has to reverse......
doors open for too long (for no apparant reason)

Is it at night? NEL is operated manually for last trip.
