Increased frequencies

Anyone spotted additional YIS-MRB runs and 4-min frequencies all the way till 10.30pm? Finally a ride home without having to stand.
I believe many peak hour duties have turned into E-shift type, with the evening split lasting from 5 to 11 so the payhour is 8 hours.
I hope it's not only for the Christmas rosters from 16th to 31st.

At least, that is better. Nowdays, it is overcrowded especially on weekends. Singapore population has increased so more and more people are boarding train that can't be helped. Increasing frequencies will help alleviate this.

Jurong East, Ang Mo Kio, Jurong East, Ang Mo Kio...
So makes it 3 mins But at Yishun, Woodlands still got to wait for 6 mins

Ppl staying under SMRT area no benefit one -
Today after last train to Jurong East left City Hall at 23:51, there were 2 more trains terminating at Ang Mo Kio departing at 23:53 and 00:04, before the final Kranji train at 00:11.

SMRT expects all trains to be back in depot for inspection and clean-up by a certain timing so trains that end at Jurong often are earlier than trains that end at Kranji, which are often earlier than trains that end at Ang Mo Kio.Originally posted by ^tamago^:Well, it has been the case since don't know when.
