By sitting at the door you are already blocking people's right of way to enter or leave the train, which is against the Rail Transit Systems Regulations.Originally posted by MohamedF:If you see stomp, got lots of posts about people sitting on the floor near the door or even sitting...
If its was me, if the guy/girl/group did not cause any inconvenience, genuine inconvenience not possible inconvenience, then just leave them alone...
But it seems that a lot of Singaporeans think that its an issue...
So my question is, what the issue?
Or is it just stompers issue -_-" ?
Well, every person in their right mind would sit on the side where the doors don't open...Originally posted by ^tamago^:By sitting at the door you are already blocking people's right of way to enter or leave the train, which is against the Rail Transit Systems Regulations.

You know trains do open on the opposite side right? That's when the idiots don't get up.Originally posted by MohamedF:Well, every person in their right mind would sit on the side where the doors don't open...
If the doors will open, that's only a possible inconvenience... if they never moved then the doors open, only then its a genuine inconvenience...Originally posted by ^tamago^:You know trains do open on the opposite side right? That's when the idiots don't get up.
And I have seen some who simply sit on the doors side at the last cabin last door.
That's their problem... so why people still complain?Originally posted by Manager433:TS, if you step into a train without its a/c or vent switch on, I swear you'll look for the nearest exit and dash out in less than 1 second. Trust me. The smell origin from the floor.
So do you still want to sleep on the floor?
I think you take EWL never see NSL one, Braddell also left side one.Originally posted by MohamedF:If the doors will open, that's only a possible inconvenience... if they never moved then the doors open, only then its a genuine inconvenience...
After all, the doors only open on the opposite side when going tru Dover and Raffle's Place...

dover is also left side in EWL. city hall for NSL and EWL to marina bay and pasir ris, left side. raffles place for NSL and EWL to jurong east and pasir ris, left side. jurong east, both side. NSL and EWL will have at least 1 station which opens the left door. terminal stations will open left side as well depending on platformOriginally posted by Scania:I think you take EWL never see NSL one, Braddell also left side one.
