The Silver Fund can alrdy get community service award -
I think later sure got people complain that since SMRT got so much $$ to donate to charity why not give some out to buy more trains to decrease waiting time for trains.
Hate those kind of losers.

OK! Since you all hate SMRT, go complain to them and try to challenge the CEO. But, they have other things to pay attention, including the refurbishment of the C151s.

Ridership up but waiting time not reduced is a grave concern esp if train is overloaded...
If they're coming down hard on overloaded bus, same standard must go to MRT esp since they are promoting it as the backbone -

I think we should not bring in this issue of silver fund with SMRT's train standards as they are two things apart. However, the term "Communnity Service Award" is abit subjective as it can mean many things -
