what is the official title of job for those people who drive the MRT train? and what is the requirements to get in?

Well, ask my friend's father. He's the creater of all the anoucements in the MRT and in charge to improve Passenger Communications. He even came up with a system simillar to SBST's iris but his boss rejects his suggestion also codenamed iris. I swear it's true.
AFAIK, MRTs have no door closing annoucements when it was firstly intoduced in 1987. He was the creator of In-train annoucements. -
then u dun tell me that 'doors closing' , 'city hall int' ,'jurong east int passengers going towards.......(too long)' announcement were all make by ya mum?.... i means those in-train one with female voice.....sound like malay though....

The name card would only indicate that whoever the person which is stated on it is supposedly working with SMRT. It does not support nor does it bear proof whatsoever in crediting the person stated on any improvements or innovations implemented by the company.
