A : Activity (describe exactly what they are doing)
L : Location (provide exact location)
U : Uniform (describe what thet are wearing, including shoes)
T : Time (provide date, time & duration of activity)
E : Equipment (Vehicle, make, colour, licence plate number, camera, video etc)

Actually this applies to all public transportation

Then got lots of suspicious people to report to police lo.. I often can see people photographing inside MRT stations near fare gates, station control room, train platforms esp at Chinatown and HarbourFront stations. -
Train fans take photos to show to other people, not to plan terrorists attacks.

in fact the MRT system just like a busy street, is rather prone to terrorist attack. Look at the underground passageway at Outram Park stn linking the EW and NEL lines for eg; the passageway is rather long and squeezy with lots of pax. What happens if there is a gas attack? terrorists still need to be that stupid and go around take photos and wait for ISD people to catch?

Normally terrorists would go down to the spot they want to carry out their activity, stake out the place and determine which place would be the best for their terrorist activities.
