Listening Radio in Trains

  Anyone can advice whether we can receive radio signals in trains (using hand phones) especially the North-East Line?

  I try before on above- ground stations; still OK. when the train is underground i never try before, but I don't think can.

  i was waiting for someone at the mrt then there was this middle age man who was curious abt the notices.

  ok, i've got it. apparently it's publicity for some local musicians' event (in MRT stations?), not the installation of radio repeaters in MRT stations.

  Everytime you listen your FM Radio in the tunnel or on NEL, you will hear no music. YOu just hear tranmission signals sound or this tuning sound. (I can;t describe the sound in words!)
  
  Talking about the KPE Underground Radio. Saw it near junction of PSA Building on a MK-3 perm on 100 yesterday.

  for safety reasons as well i guess, quick way to broadcast tunnel conditions.
