N Gauge Train Models

First, a little teaser from my collections...
EF81-86 electric locomotive+SiKi1000 Low Loader Wagon (Heavy Cargo Carrier)+KoKi50000 Cargo Carrier (Container type)+KoMu1 Cargo Carrier (Container type)+OHaFu 50 (Series 50 Passenger Coach). The passenger coach is used as a brake van in this case, in real situations the 'conductor' will be able to activate brakes in the rear compartment to help the locomotive slow the train down. Its like a pull effect.
In Singapore, such models need a large area to run, I find that a headache, so I cannot run the trains all the time, or else no place to walk around! Plus just looking at the price tags make you faint...
I bought these (and others) in Japan, where is tons much cheaper! The entire collection here costs less than SGD$140, where in Sg any shop you can find them will quote at least 300 plus. So save up and go Japan to buy if you really like, or order online, a cheaper option.
German ones are, urgh, way over budget for normal people. -
Narrow Gauge you meant like the NYC subway or Chicago 'L' trains. IT could turn complete 90 degree serious. I think it's a great wonder and I'm still puzzled by it.

It meant that the model is of N Gauge, they have others like HO Gauge and so on...
N Gauge has track gauge of 9mm, a real train can never run on those. HO is 16.5mm track gauge. O is much bigger, at 32mm track gauge.
Modelling is much fun with all these scales to choose from... -

He is refering to the different types of scale of model train.
jetabt767400, and UK's OO scale too
I think nobody here 'plays' rail model as most people here in the forum are into SMRT and they are only EMU, no different types of locomotives/wagons/coaches to choose from. -

I think nobody here 'plays' rail model as most people here in the forum are into SMRT and they are only EMU, no different types of locomotives/wagons/coaches to choose from.
SMRT does have some electric/diesel locomotives but haven't been able to source for a similar one, if could be found I don't mind spray painting it into SMRT yellow colors with the logo.
But that requires super skill and tools. And a set of SMRT EMU for it to haul along to make the picture look great.
I heard customisation shop is around in Japan but they need a real good blueprint to make an accurate model out of a non-standard EMUs, take the C151 (first batch EMUs), they would need the interior pictures, all sides of the train, close up of the underfloor electronics and needless to say, the accurate length and height, width etc. -
Normally diesel shunter or maintainence cars for mass transit are very hard to obtain unless made to order provided we are willing to pay for it.
What we can find from the market are all main line diesel/electric locomotives.
I am sure you know Japanese have alot of EMU models to choose from...
