Happened at 0755hrs on 22nd June, affecting several lines leading to Tokyo from Utsunomiya, and Channelnews Asia reports that there are 20000 trapped in trains, not very sure of the level of exggeration but was peak hours then. Reason was due to the breaking of a power cable on the Utsunomiya Line.
