A few teens got trapped on a Do Not Board Train

I was on a Siemens when this happened. The driver closed the doors, without letting out 5 commuters.
I tried to alert the TO to open the doors by knocking on the train body but never works. I try to alert SO but he asks me to wait. 
I just decided to keep quiet and see the trapped passengers get out with the TO's help. Wahlao! That SO is so rude! PEople want to inform them but shut us up. Wahlao! -

where and when did the incident happened?
AMK? Bishan? Jurong East? or Tanah Merah?

Their fault for not seeing that the train was scheduled to be a DNB one. Unless, the plasma TVs changed the destination names at the last second...
I live in Yishun and I often take the evening peak Yishun trains back home as there are lesser people on board. Often at Yishun station, announcements are made for passengers to alight, but what do I see? English-educated businessmen, prettily-dressed ladies refusing to alight until the station staff blows the whistle at them. Then, they reluctantly drag their feet out of the train with that "bo chap" face. If you want to go beyond Yishun, take the JE train for heavens' sake. Don't come and complain that there are too many trains turning over at Yishun. Without those Yishun trains, you'd have to complain YET more for longer waiting time.

Let's say a train arrives at Boon Lay, the end station of EWL. Passeger ABC does not want to alight at Boon Lay (e.g. he is taking MRT for fun). The passenger does not know that this train is going to the depot after this stop(a "DO NOT BOARD" train). The door closes. The train moves away. Passenger ABC is wondering: Why is nobody onboard? Why are there no announcements? At Lakeside he asks himself: Why is the train not stopping?
Suddenly the pessenger realizes that he is on an Off-Service teain.
At the Ulu Pandan depot the MRT staff finds him.
Would he get fined or get in trouble? Or what would happen to him. -
The MRT staff will ensure there are no people in the train. The train driver would have to walk to the other side anyway and he will find the jokers who didn't alight. He will open the doors to let them out. As for tintinspartan, there is no need to get all excited, jumping around, banging doors and foaming at the mouth. The MRT staff knows what to do so just let them do their job.

At least, during my visit to Bishan Depot for SMRT Open House, I manage to see a TO drive into depot and he and I talk about the train, how they work, how many shifts, this and that. I may want to keep my experience a bit confidential
