WayFinding System at Dhoby Ghaut NEL Station

Hello. I am currently doing a project regarding to the Wayfinding System of NEL station.
Could anyone share with me ur comment abt the WayFinding System at Dhoby Ghaut NEL Station??
Any Difficulties or Problems u met abt the wayfinding system??
Any improvement should be made to this??

Well, so far I'm pleased with the system but I do notice that some commuters tend to get lost while alighting at Dhoby Ghaut MRT to transfer to the NEL & I guess its a matter of getting used to

For those who dunnoe what Wayfinding is, here is its definition:
Wayfinding is the use of pictures, words, colors, sound and architecture to help people find their way quickly and easily.
My question is:
Does the present system of signs, maps, architectural elements,
graphic elements, audible and tactile communications, consistent clues etc., help commuters to find their way out to their destination?
If not, what improvements can be made? -
one big diagram from NSL showing where the escalators lead to.

Dhoby Ghaut is quite straight forward... maybe make it even more idiot-proof, like where the escalators are leading to.

i think Dhoby Gaut on the NEL side is the worse underground station
so many escalators, not one is "direct".
from NEL want to get to NSL, need 3-4 escalators. up up down
from Plaza Sing B2 exit to NSL, must go down then up then down
and countless U-turns
from Plaza Sing B2 exit to NEL is the most straight forward

Dhoby Ghaut station quite easy la, only sometimes when i dreaming, i sub consciously walk to the NS line, then realized that i actually was intending to go to PS.
